Technical Office Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer with deep expertise in cladding installation systems to join our project team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing all technical and engineering activities related to cladding works — ensuring that on-site execution fully complies with project specifications, shop drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Prepare, review, and manage shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for all cladding systems.

▸

Study and interpret IFC drawings, project specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and contract documents.

▸

Develop detailed installation drawings and fixing details for a variety of cladding system types.

▸

Conduct accurate site measurements and perform quantity take-offs and material estimations.

▸

Coordinate materials procurement and verify compatibility with project specifications and design intent.

▸

Follow up on production and fabrication progress with factory and workshop teams.

▸

Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors on installation details and technical solutions.

▸

Resolve technical clashes and interface issues with other trades including MEP, gypsum partitions, suspended ceilings, and structural works.

▸

Prepare and submit material submittals, method statements, RFIs, NCR responses, and technical correspondence.

▸

Coordinate mock-ups, material approvals, and inspection processes with relevant stakeholders.

▸

Review and approve site installation activities in accordance with approved shop drawings.

▸

Ensure compliance with project quality standards, installation tolerances, and QA/QC procedures.

▸

Attend and contribute to technical meetings with consultants and clients.

▸

Support project planning by monitoring construction progress and preparing technical schedules.

▸

In-depth knowledge of cladding systems and installation methodologies

Proven ability to optimize material usage, reduce waste, and improve installation efficiency.
