Tabashir is a Shariah-compliant Stock Now, Pay Later (Trade Credit) platform based in Riyadh.

We help businesses access flexible payment terms for commercial purchases in a simple, transparent and compliant manner through our technology-driven platform.

We help MSMEs access smarter and more efficient trade credit solutions, typically through 30–90 day instalment plans.

Our growth strategy focuses on building strategic relationships with medium-sized corporates, including merchants and ecosystem partners who can introduce high-quality buyer networks onto our platform at scale.

As we continue scaling the business and expanding our financing capabilities, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role with the opportunity to help shape Tabashir’s commercial strategy, sales culture and future sales organisation.
  • This is a hands-on commercial leadership role. The Sales Manager will be expected to lead by example as an active salesperson, while also contributing to KPIs, performance frameworks, sales processes and broader commercial strategy as the business scales.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, as well as owning and overseeing the sales pipeline. This includes identifying and qualifying prospective B2B customers, and conducting meetings, presentations and product demonstrations with clients and strategic partners.
  • The role includes originating and managing relationships with small and medium-sized corporates including strategic merchants and ecosystem partners across Saudi Arabia, particularly organisations with strong distribution ecosystems and ERP-ready infrastructure capable of integrating with our platform. Responsibilities also include negotiating commercial terms, closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in coordination with internal teams.
  • The Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, and provide feedback to support product, process and operational improvements. The role also involves mentoring junior sales team members, representing Tabashir at industry events, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Ideally 7–15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong institutional, corporate or B2B sales experience within Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
  • Strong network (“rolodex”) of corporate relationships in the Kingdom
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and sales cycles
  • Prior management, strategy or team leadership experience preferred
  • Familiarity with trade credit, B2B BNPL and/or credit evaluation processes
  • Exposure to Shariah-compliant finance is advantageous
  • Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales analytics for forecasting and performance tracking
  • Must already be based in Saudi Arabia
  • Candidates from asset management, corporate banking, investment banking, enterprise sales, trade finance, fintech and broader financial services backgrounds will be viewed favourably.
  • Preference may be given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, with Saudi nationals strongly encouraged to apply.
