About Tabashir
Tabashir is a Shariah-compliant Stock Now, Pay Later platform (B2B trade credit) based in Riyadh.
We help MSMEs access flexible, transparent payment terms for commercial purchases — typically structured as 30–90 day instalment plans — through a technology-driven platform built for the Saudi market.
We're expanding rapidly and looking for commercially minded individuals to join our sales team and help transform the way Saudi businesses trade with each other.
The Role
- You will work directly with senior leadership on merchant acquisition, relationship management and business development across Saudi Arabia.
- This is a hands-on commercial role with real exposure to strategy and growth — the right person will not just execute a pipeline but help build one.
- Day-to-day, you will:
- Identify, qualify and close B2B clients who can benefit from offering trade credit to their buyers
- Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct client meetings, demos and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with risk and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities
- Contribute feedback on market dynamics and client needs to leadership
- High performers will have the opportunity to get involved in broader business development and strategic initiatives.
What We'Re Looking For
- 1–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
- Numerate, with strong analytical instincts — financial modelling skills are a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills — you can speak confidently to a CFO, CEO or Sales Manager and clearly explain a credit product
- Genuine hunger to learn, humility to take feedback, and the tenacity to keep going when deals are slow
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to pipeline management
- Background in fintech, financial services, trade finance, banking or B2B enterprise sales is preferred
- Exposure to trade credit, BNPL or SME financing is a distinct advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Based in Saudi Arabia
