About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with solid experience in the luxury chocolates and confectionery industry.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management, preferably with experience in brands such as Naqwah, Patchi, or similar premium confectionery brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Expand sales channels and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Enhance customer experience and increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within luxury chocolates, confectionery, retail, or premium brands.
- Previous experience with brands such as Naqwah, Patchi, or similar brands is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
