About Nashid
Nashid is a workforce identity platform built for industrial environments — oil and gas, construction, energy, and infrastructure.
We give every worker a verified digital identity that travels with them across sites, contractors, and projects, enabling operators to enforce compliance, manage permits, and verify credentials in real time.
We are expanding into the Saudi market and looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to own and grow our presence on the ground.
The Role
You will be Nashid's first boots-on-the-ground in Saudi Arabia — responsible for building relationships, driving pipeline, and closing deals with project owners, principal contractors, and industrial operators across the Kingdom.
You will work directly with the founding team and have full visibility into the commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients in construction, oil and gas, energy, and infrastructure
- Build and manage relationships with HSE managers, operations leads, and procurement decision-makers at target accounts
- Lead discovery calls, platform demonstrations, and pilot proposals
- Work closely with the founding team on deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations
- Represent Nashid at industry events, contractor forums, and relevant networks in the Kingdom
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of closing deals with enterprise clients
- Strong existing network across industrial sectors — construction, oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure is a significant advantage
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, or compliance solutions into operations or HSE stakeholders is preferred
- Commercially sharp — comfortable navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and procurement processes in large organisations
- Self-starter who can operate independently and build from the ground up
- Fluent in Arabic and English
