Sales Manager I Real Estate Sector I Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of goals
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance lead generation and conversion
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
