  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry to lead sales operations and drive business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team in closing property deals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Manage property sales activities and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential buyers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process
