Listing Manager (Real Estate)

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Listing Manager with at least 4 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the entire property listing process, ensure accurate and attractive marketing of listings, coordinate with agents and clients, and manage timelines from listing agreement to closing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and marketing coordination skills are essential for success in this role.
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of property listings from intake to closing.
• Prepare listing documentation, agreements, and property information accurately.
• Upload and maintain listings on CRM or other real estate platforms.
• Ensure listing details, pricing, and property descriptions are accurate and updated.
• Work closely with real estate agents to develop listing strategies.
• Schedule property showings, open houses, and client appointments.
• Monitor listing performance and provide regular updates to agents and sellers.
• Coordinate communication between clients, agents, photographers, marketing teams, and transaction coordinators.
• Maintain compliance with brokerage policies and real estate regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks including CRM updates, database management, and document tracking.
• ***Required Qualifications***
• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate listing management or real estate administration.
• Experience with CRM systems and real estate software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
