**About Us** Feeri Logistics is a growing logistics company committed to delivering reliable, efficient supply chain solutions across the region.
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
**Role Overview** As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
You will play a key role in growing Feeri Logistics' market presence and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: SAR 3,000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonus: SAR 8,000
- Total monthly earnings: up to SAR 11,000+
- Full-time, stable position with a growing company
