Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Drive overall sales growth and target achievement across all outlets.
Monitor and guide Sales Supervisors to ensure performance across assigned stores.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure store-wise productivity improvement (Sales, ABV, Conversion, Footfall).
Monitor and control product expiries at outlets, ensuring timely action to reduce wastage and stock loss
Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase revenue.
Maintain strong control over store operations, SOP compliance, and service standards.
Analyse sales data, category performance, and customer trends to drive business decisions.
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and store footfall.
Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and fast-moving product focus.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews with Sales Supervisors.
Build and develop high-performing teams through training, coaching, and performance management.
Drive customer experience excellence across all outlets.
Monitor expenses and operational efficiency to maintain profitability.
Implement and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Support business in scaling operations and opening new outlets.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Retail Management; MBA preferred.
6-8 years of experience in retail sales & operations, with mandatory experience in multi-outlet management.
