Win new projects for turnkey renovation, interior design, furnishing, handover inspections and property care; success is measured by signed contracts.
What you will do
- Build leads through brokers and agencies, advertising and Instagram, owners of newly handed-over units, and repeat clients.
- Visit sites and prepare commercial proposals with the Managing Partner.
- Negotiate and sign contracts, then hand projects over to the delivery team.
- Grow a referral network with brokers.
Who they are looking for
- At least 2 years of sales experience in renovation, interior design or real estate in Dubai.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
- An existing network of brokers and clients is a strong plus.
What is offered
- Base salary of AED 6,000, up to AED 8,000 for a strong candidate.
- Commission is 10% of project gross margin for personally sourced clients and 5% for company leads converted; paid as the client pays.
- Company visa and medical insurance.
- Probation may last up to 6 months, with a review at 3 months.
