Role overview
The Finance & Operations Manager supports the Managing Partner across finance, people, and administration.
The role is intended to build back-office systems and keep money, documents, and people organized.
Responsibilities
- Manage company and project payments, client receivables, cash flow, and project cost tracking.
- Handle payroll, WPS, visas, MOHRE permits, and staff medical insurance.
- Obtain supplier quotes and process procurement payments.
- Brief and follow up with outsourced accounting, typing centre, and PRO partners, tracking deadlines and costs.
- Manage cloud storage, contracts, and renewal deadlines; prepare weekly and monthly cash and project reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance, administration, or HR experience in the UAE.
- Hands-on WPS, MOHRE, visa processing, and VAT experience.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and organized documentation.
- Fluent English and Russian are required.
- Construction, fit-out, or real estate experience is a plus; candidates should take ownership and follow work through.
