Overview
Responsible of efficiently managing the day-to-day activities and performance of all sales, team and ensuring achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with client's vision and values.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Involved in the product development process, to achieve the set annual target of revenues and profit of margin.
The role requires a proactive professional capable of identifying new business opportunities, leading sales initiatives, preparing competitive proposals, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepares business plans, assign sales targets, directs the supervisory sales team, arrange product training and hold sales meeting to discuss the business development.
- Generates monthly sales report to top management for approval to monitor the division business result.
- Generate sales leads through networking, client visits, market research, and industry contacts.
- Promote firefighting systems, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire pumps, and related mechanical safety solutions.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for accurate proposal preparation.
- Generates new project budget Report on the E-system to execute the sales plan and achieve the department goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
- Reviews and analyzes on the Daily sales reports submitted by the Sales team and forward the same to the General Manager for finial acknowledgment and further actions.
- Visits key/new customer and conduct market surveys to enhance sales relations and to ensure business development.
- Manages the sales and Technical teams and is responsible of their Motivation, Continual training & development, performance appraisal to determine their productivity and take corrective measures, to be able to achieve the department objectives and targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university in Mechanical
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of Total work experience
- A professional qualification in Marketing or Sales
- Strong knowledge of firefighting systems and mechanical safety equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Should be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license
