Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and monthly revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the elevator and vertical transportation industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, contract execution, and project follow-up.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and customer accounts.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
