Overview
- Manage and supervise maintenance activities for High Voltage (HV/EHV) substations and associated transmission assets.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure safe operation and reliability of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection relays, and control systems.
- Coordinate outage schedules and maintenance shutdown activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults and equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors on site.
- Review maintenance reports, technical documentation, and performance KPIs.
- Support commissioning, testing, and energization activities when required.
- Optimize maintenance costs while maintaining system reliability and availability.
