- Supervise and manage a team of 15 drivers to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
- Analyze customer databases and develop optimized daily and weekly road plans.
- Engage in cold calling to acquire new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company profitability goals.
- Receive and address client calls; handle complaints and resolve service-related issues effectively.
- Respond to emails and take timely action based on customer requests.
- Oversee regular maintenance and servicing schedules for all company vehicles.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
