Sales Manager role focused on leading sales activities, developing customer relationships, and supporting sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and targets aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
- Manage key customer relationships and support the team with high-value negotiations.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and performance KPIs.
- Review market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to improve the customer journey.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, pipeline management, negotiations, and customer relationship management.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- UAE or GCC sales experience is an advantage.
