Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities operations, maintenance, and support services.
- Lead facilities, maintenance, and technical teams; manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor building systems, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Ensure health, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Control operating budgets and maintenance costs; improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies; maintain reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Coordinate facility projects, upgrades, renovations, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional facilities or property operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, and facility services.
- Experience managing teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Organizational, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
