Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, building maintenance, utilities, and workplace services.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response.
• Supervise facilities staff, technicians, contractors, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental requirements.
• Develop maintenance schedules, operating procedures, and service standards.
• Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, landlords, contractors, and internal departments.
• Inspect facilities, arrange corrective action, monitor systems and service quality, and report performance indicators.
• Improve energy efficiency, workplace functionality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, building operations, or a related role.
• Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, contractor coordination, safety, and compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
