**Job Title:** Sales Manager – Recruitment & HR Services

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth initiatives and expand our client base within the recruitment and HR services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, team leadership, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to develop sales strategies, drive revenue, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, HR professionals, and business decision-makers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Oversee and support sales activities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct client presentations and promote recruitment, staffing, and HR solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports on business development activities.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Previous experience within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, HR consultancy, or B2B service environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and acquiring new business.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of the UAE business landscape and corporate hiring market.
