Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our recruitment and staffing business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, with a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Promote recruitment and staffing solutions to organizations across various industries.
- Identify client workforce requirements and provide tailored hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the UAE.
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing company, HR consultancy, or similar service-based industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of the UAE business environment and hiring landscape.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
