Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by expanding our client network and promoting recruitment solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
  • Present recruitment and talent acquisition services to potential clients and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Understand client hiring needs and recommend customized recruitment services.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate service terms, and secure new business partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the UAE.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consultancy, or other B2B service industries is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with decision-makers and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE business landscape and recruitment market.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and capable of working in a target-oriented environment.
