Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Wellness Consultant to guide clients through their transformation journey.

This is a client-facing, consultative role with a strong sales component, ideal for candidates from healthcare, wellness, or business backgrounds who are passionate about helping clients achieve real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand goals (weight loss, body contouring, skin, etc.)
• Recommend suitable treatment plans in coordination with medical team
• Explain procedures, packages, and expected results clearly and confidently
• Convert consultations into treatment plans (sales responsibility)
• Follow up with clients to ensure progress, satisfaction, and retention
• Provide basic lifestyle and wellness guidance to support outcomes
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium experience
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with clinic team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
