Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth across our real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, maximizing project sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, agents, and prospective buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct sales presentations, project briefings, and property viewings for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support throughout the purchasing process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of investors, brokers, and real estate professionals in the UAE.
  • Experience selling off-plan and luxury real estate developments.
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
