Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Client Services Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with the company.

This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, managing client communications, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Client Services Executive will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships, supporting sales and project teams, and upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding projects, payment plans, documentation, and company services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to address client requests and concerns.
  • Manage client records, contracts, and correspondence in the company CRM system.
  • Assist clients throughout the sales, post-sales, and handover processes.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Support project launches, client events, property handovers, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the UAE real estate, property development, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate customer care, property handovers, or post-sales services.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate processes and customer service best practices.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM and customer support platforms.
