Overview
Square Yards UAE is looking for an experienced and driven **Real Estate Team Leader** to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team specializing in Dubai's off-plan property market.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Real Estate Consultants.
- Drive sales performance and ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales professionals.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and market updates.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years of UAE real estate leadership experience**.
- Proven experience managing a team of Real Estate Agents.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's **Off-Plan Property Market**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- RERA Certification is an advantage.
