About Urban Money

Partnering with 95+ banks and financial institutions, we help customers secure the right lending products while delivering exceptional service.
As part of our expansion in the UAE, we are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, builders, developers, and referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
- Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage and lending solutions.
- Manage the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of UAE experience in Financial Sales, Banking Sales, Mortgage Sales, Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, or Hardcore Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
