🚨 Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate (Dubai) 🚨
We are expanding and looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead a strong sales team and drive revenue growth.
🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader with proven sales expertise in the UAE real estate market, who can manage performance, close deals, and scale an active team.
🔹 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience in UAE
✔️ Must currently lead or bring a team of 4–5 experienced agents
✔️ Strong personal client base with active deal flow
✔️ Proven track record in closing high-value transactions (off-plan & secondary)
✔️ Strong negotiation, leadership & team management skills
✔️ UAE Driving License preferred (not mandatory but an advantage)
