Role Summary \| ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our customer base across Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, business development, partnership management, and revenue growth within technology, service, logistics, or platform-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities \| المسؤوليات

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners
  • Generate B2B and enterprise sales opportunities
  • Manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention

Requirements \| المتطلبات

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management
  • Experience in technology, service platforms, logistics, marketplaces, or related industries
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Professional fluency in Arabic required
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience managing client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Legally authorized to work in Qatar
  • Full-time office-based position in Doha, Qatar
