Role Summary \| ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize service performance, and support the continued growth of our AI-powered mobile platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing operations within technology companies, mobile applications, AI-enabled platforms, digital marketplaces, super apps, SaaS businesses, or similar fast-growing technology environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities \| المسؤوليات
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across the mobile platform
- Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience metrics
- Coordinate with customer support, product, technology, AI, and operations teams
- Analyze operational data and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement scalable processes and workflows to support platform growth
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Develop reporting systems, operational standards, and performance frameworks
- Support the launch and optimization of new features, services, and AI-driven initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational team members
Requirements \| المتطلبات
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in AI-powered applications, mobile app companies, technology platforms, SaaS businesses, digital marketplaces, super apps, or similar technology-driven environments
- Experience scaling operations, managing service delivery, or supporting digital products
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English
- Good English communication skills
- Experience working with operational KPIs, reporting, process optimization, and performance management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar
- Full-time office-based position in Doha, Qatar
