Role Summary

Chief Executive Officer (Ceo) & General Manager

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute long-term strategy aligned with company vision
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Lead expansion across GCC and beyond
• Leverage AI insights and data for strategic decision-making

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations of the AI-powered platform
• Ensure fast execution, real-time tracking, and high service quality
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, logistics, support, marketing)
• Manage and optimize the human assistant network

Technology & Innovation

• Drive innovation in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and automation
• Adopt emerging technologies (AI, predictive analytics, etc.)
• Ensure strong data security and compliance

Financial & Administrative Leadership

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Optimize pricing and subscription strategies
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting

Partnerships & Stakeholders

• Build relationships with corporate clients and government entities
• Expand B2B services and recurring operations
• Represent the company publicly and strategically

Candidate Qualifications

• **Experience:**
• 15+ years in executive leadership, operations, or general management

• Experience with AI-driven products, apps, or tech platforms

• Proven ability to scale operations across multiple services

• Fluent Arabic & English (Arabic is a MUST)

• Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred
