- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Leading a team of Sales Associates and providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the sales pipeline.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conducting sales forecasting and reporting to management.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers.
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to develop effective marketing and promotional materials.
- Providing product training and support to the Sales team.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including pricing, inventory management, and cash handling.
