Easy Wedding is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to build and lead high-performing remote sales teams.

Since 2019, we’ve helped couples from around the world navigate the complexity of getting married across borders. Our mission is simple: turn complicated legal processes into beautiful love stories. As demand continues to grow, we’re entering a new phase where we need a strong operational leader to structure and scale our sales team.

In this role, you will lead a distributed sales organization composed of pre-sales specialists and sales advisors working remotely. Your mission will be to build a structured sales environment, coach the team, and implement scalable processes that allow the team to perform consistently.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t just manage dashboards—you’ll actively coach your team, improve conversion processes, and ensure the sales engine runs smoothly. You will work closely with the founders to scale the team while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.

Requirements

We are looking for a player-coach sales leader with proven experience managing distributed teams.

Ideal candidates typically have:

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to customer-facing environments
• 2–4 years of experience managing a sales team, ideally in a remote or distributed setup
• Proven experience coaching and developing salespeople remotely
• Strong experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
• Ability to track and improve conversion rates and sales performance
• Experience building or improving sales processes and playbooks
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

We particularly value candidates who have already built or scaled remote teams and know how to create accountability, motivation, and performance without relying on traditional office structures.
