We serve corporate, hospitality (HORECA), and retail sectors, delivering high-quality products along with strong technical expertise and after-sales support.
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven **Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)** to lead and drive our sales operations, with a strong focus on **coffee machines and equipment sales**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing sales team while ensuring excellent customer experience across the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of **coffee machines, equipment, and related solutions** across UAE markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, HORECA, and retail sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- **Lead, manage, and develop the sales team** to achieve high performance
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum **5–8 years of sales experience**, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in **coffee machines, equipment trading, FMCG, or HORECA sector**
- **Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory**
- Proven experience in **team leadership and target achievement**
- Strong network within UAE corporate and hospitality sectors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- UAE driving license is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
