About This Role
Overview
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Finance Manager** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, overseeing reporting functions, and supporting strategic business decisions across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete finance and accounting operations for the group
- Supervise monthly financial closing and ensure timely preparation of financial reports
- Prepare accurate financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and audit requirements
- Monitor ERP financial modules and improve system utilization and reporting accuracy
- Supervise AP/AR functions, payment controls, and supplier account management
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Conduct financial reviews, variance analysis, and operational cost monitoring
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Lead and support the finance team to maintain strong internal controls and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- ACCA / CPA / CMA qualification or partly qualified preferred
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, VAT, and UAE compliance requirements
- Experience in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
