Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, drive high-value partnerships, and significantly expand our market share.

This role requires a strong industry network, proven revenue generation capability, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company’s business development strategy across UAE and potential GCC markets
  • Identify, pursue, and secure high-value B2B opportunities within corporate, hospitality (HORECA), and retail sectors
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead complex negotiations and close large-scale commercial deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align business goals
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum **7–10 years of proven experience** in business development or sales leadership roles
  • Strong background in **coffee industry, equipment trading, FMCG, or HORECA sector**
  • **Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory**
  • Established network within UAE corporate and hospitality sectors
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding **high-value sales targets**
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking capability
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • UAE driving license is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
