Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, drive high-value partnerships, and significantly expand our market share.
This role requires a strong industry network, proven revenue generation capability, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company’s business development strategy across UAE and potential GCC markets
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value B2B opportunities within corporate, hospitality (HORECA), and retail sectors
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead complex negotiations and close large-scale commercial deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align business goals
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales leadership roles
- Strong background in coffee industry, equipment trading, FMCG, or HORECA sector
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Established network within UAE corporate and hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking capability
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- UAE driving license is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
