- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on identifying and penetrating key enterprise sectors with AI solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning AI agentic solutions as transformative.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for advanced AI technologies, demonstrating deep product knowledge and consultative selling expertise.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and product teams to tailor AI agentic solutions to specific client needs and use cases.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in the Dubai AI enterprise space to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline accurately, ensuring predictable revenue growth and identifying potential risks.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement in AI sales.
