Role Overview
Joinery salesperson responsible for business development, client relationships, and sales of joinery and interior fit-out solutions.
The role involves working with clients, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the joinery and interior fit-out sector.
- Generate leads and build a strong client network.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable joinery solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up with clients, and close sales.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and installation teams.
- Visit project sites and meet relevant project stakeholders when required.
- Maintain client relationships and negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets, monitor market opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of joinery materials, products, and production processes.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Previous experience in joinery, interior fit-out, furniture, or related sales is preferred.
- UAE market experience and an existing client network are advantageous.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
