The role manages day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and reporting, with independent handling of accounts.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Reconcile bank and company accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Manage petty cash and expense records.
- Assist with VAT-related accounting and documentation.
- Maintain financial document files.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and customers on financial matters.
- Ensure accounting tasks are accurate and completed on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams is required.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- UAE VAT, payroll, bank reconciliation, and full-cycle accounting experience are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 6,000 per month.
