Oversee interior fit-out projects from start to completion, supervising site activities and coordinating subcontractors.
Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality workmanship and health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing standards.
- Manage carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure snag-free handover.
- Communicate with clients and consultants during project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of UAE experience in interior fit-out supervision.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred qualifications
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
