Requirements
- At least 2 years of Dubai real estate Sales Manager experience.
- A valid RERA Card is mandatory.
- Strong secondary-market experience and a proven record of sales target achievement and team management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Excellent Dubai property market knowledge; target-driven and proactive approach.
Compensation and offer
- Basic salary is AED 7,000 per month plus commission; the commission structure is described as attractive.
