Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience is required.
- UAE real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR documentation is required.
- UAE real estate recruitment experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for property consultants, telesales, administrative, and support staff.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment documents, and onboarding paperwork.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and employee onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and daily HR operations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and coordinate staffing requirements with management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
