Job Summary
Riyadh Al-Taif Trading is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop client relationships, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing sales strategies and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Previous experience in sales management or business development
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
