Sales and client responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential clients, identify opportunities, and close deals.
  • Build trusted client relationships and advise clients on suitable or improved solutions.
  • Negotiate with clients and attend site visits when required or requested.
  • Coordinate technical solutions with pre-sales engineers and the engineering department.
  • Use client feedback, engineering-team input, and competitor experience to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Create, implement, and execute budgets; assist with budget preparation.

Project coordination and oversight

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information; define client requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks, assist with schedule management, and ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities, oversee procurement, monitor progress, handle issues, and help remove blockers.
  • Communicate project status to participants and monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Issue contracts and other project paperwork; maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure standards and requirements are met.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of experience as a business development executive, sales executive, account manager, or equivalent.
  • Solid background in fire, safety, and security systems sales and marketing.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, client-facing, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Three years of management experience and five years in fire and security systems are preferred.
  • Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

  • The role is based in person.
