Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, equipment, and information for fire, safety, and security systems projects.
Work with clients and internal teams to define scope and objectives and ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
Responsibilities
- Break projects into actionable tasks, set timeframes, assign work to internal teams, and assist with schedule management.
- Help prepare budgets; analyze risks and opportunities; and oversee project procurement.
- Monitor progress, address issues, communicate status, and work with the Project Manager to remove blockers.
- Track working hours, plans, and expenditures using tools.
- Issue relevant legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement.
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports; conduct quality assurance tests to verify standards and requirements.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience managing projects from conception through delivery.
- Solid background in fire, safety, and security systems; familiarity with SIRA and DCD regulations.
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Strong organization, multitasking, time management, client-facing, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
