Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives; ensure needs are met as projects evolve.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, and oversee project procurement.
- Monitor progress, handle issues, communicate project status, and work with the Project Manager to remove blockers.
- Monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures using tools.
- Issue contracts and other appropriate paperwork; maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests.
Desired candidate profile
- A background in fire, safety, and security systems is required.
- Familiarity with SIRA and DCD regulations.
- Experience coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information and liaising with clients on project scope and objectives.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.

- The role is based in person.
