Role Overview
Domus Flower LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our wholesale flower business in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in wholesale flower sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to grow revenue within the floral industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales across the KSA market.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
· Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements.
· Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
· Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
· **Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the KSA flower market.**
· Proven track record in B2B sales and client management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
· Existing network within florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers in the **KSA.**
· Experience with import/export flower trading is a plus.
· Strong organizational and customer service skills.
· Valid KSA driving license is preferred.
