Fabric Sales Associate role combining customer advice and sales with store stock, display, and organization duties.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend fabrics while explaining types, quality, colors, and suitable uses.
- Build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, upsell, and recommend alternatives or additional products.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain stock accuracy, report discrepancies, receive and transfer stock, and complete inventory counts.
- Arrange fabric rolls and displays, maintain store cleanliness, and follow company procedures while working with the sales team.
Requirements
- Arabic is required.
- Three years of inside-sales experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
