Key Responsibilities

  • Actively **sell and lease properties through external brokers and agent networks**, ensuring maximum unit exposure and faster closures.
  • Generate leads through networking, field visits, broker relationships, and direct outreach.
  • Manage property listings, viewings, and offers via internal platforms (BSO Club), ensuring smooth coordination with agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Track broker performance, follow up on inactive listings, and push conversions for difficult units.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and close deals efficiently.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, broker activity, and deal closures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **sales.**
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, property platforms, and basic reporting tools (Excel).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
