Gulf Bakery is hiring two sales associates in Ras Al Khaimah.
The role focuses on customer service, bakery product sales, and store upkeep.
Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, assist with product selection, and support a positive shopping experience.
- Know bakery products, ingredients, prices, and promotions; recommend products and complementary items.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well presented; assist with equipment and display cleaning.
- Promote sales, specials, and loyalty programs and upsell and cross-sell products.
- Work with colleagues and supervisors to meet sales targets and attend team meetings and training.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred, especially in bakery or food service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
